He Was Thirsty
'but if anyone drinks the living water I give them, they will never
thirst again and will be forever satisfied! For when you drink the water
I give you it becomes a gushing fountain of the Holy Spirit, springing
up and flooding you with endless life!”John 4:14 (TPT)
Oh but that this were true! Just imagine it. A place where you could go, for an endless supply! A wealthy King that we might meet that loves us enough to adopt us into His Kingdom. The Kingdom is where all of our needs are met. No one left wanting. No one left needing. No one left lacking anything. We will be forever satisfied! Thank You Jesus!
Consider the well that never runs dry. A fountain that is gushing with the provisions we need to drink for our health. A river that is leaping with the fish we need for food. A spiritual checkbook we need with endless cash reserves too much to fathom. A Holy place where we never die. All of our physical and spiritual needs are met. Just imagine that we are in the fountain that floods us with an endless supply of life! Our life giving force. A place where we thirst no more. How glorious! Oh, but give me this water, so that I might not thirst again. Amen.
It's this simple. Just drink. One drink and you have it all. Drink deeply. Dive in! Make a big splash! Go for it all. Get the everlasting seed of God inside of you that will keep growing and growing and growing, and giving and giving and giving until it has overflowed and you have overcome this present condition. Overcomers, have over come and persevered and been held up and sustained by Holy Spirit until they want no more. No more hunger. No more lack. No more thirst. No more pain. Only Jesus.
He tells the woman at the well, “You don’t have to wait any longer, the Anointed One is here speaking with you—I am the One you’re looking for.” No matter what you are facing in life, know this! There is no other. No one satisfied our spiritual hunger like Him. Live to Love. No tears. No fear. No regrets.
