Comprehending the Glory

'T
herefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power ' Ephesians 1:15-19 (NKJV)

It is possible that we don't even know what we have. What lies ahead? How big is our inheritance? What if you had it all the time and you didn't even know it? What if you didn't know enough to even live like you had it?

How can we possibly know least someone pray for us and ask that God give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation knowledge of Him. For it is only with our eyes of understanding being opened that we may know what He has called us to do. That we may comprehend the Glory. Then we may see how great that calling is and how we may accomplish it to His glory and only by being filled with His Holy Spirit continually.
