Building the Case for Christ -Prophesy #17

'They also gave me gall for my food, and for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.' Psalm 69:21 (NKJV)

This prophecy was fulfilled 520 years later when Matthew documented that Jesus the Messiah would be given gall and vinegar to drink..

'And when they had come to a place called Golgotha, that is to say, Place of a Skull, they gave Him sour wine mingled with gall to drink. But when He had tasted it, He would not drink.' Matthew 27:33-34 (NKJV)

The Look

None, except through the grace of God. Only God can save us. Only God can change the hearts and minds of men. A Warrant to Believe

For wherever the Spirit is there is Life and Liberty. The Spirit brings with it freedom. Joy. Believers, we are blessed. God is gracious. Through the Cross, He has given us a way to be free from the law of sin and death. The veil between us and God has been lifted. The Holy Spirit brings the Light of Christ which illuminates and frees us from former blindness and darkness. The Spirit brings regeneration and sanctification as we are changed and made more like Christ everyday. We are free to walk in the ways of the Lord. Oh how we need thee this very hour Holy Spirit.
