Be United

“But Israel is a senseless nation; the people are foolish, without understanding. Oh, that they were wise and could understand this! Oh, that they might know their fate!

How could one person chase a thousand of them, and two people put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, unless the Lord had given them up? But the rock of our enemies is not like our Rock, as even the
y recognize.

Their vine grows from the vine of Sodom, from the vineyards of Gomorrah. Their grapes are poison, and their clusters are bitter. Their wine is the venom of serpents, the deadly poison of cobras.' Deuteronomy 32:28-33 ((NLT)

It is the always the right time for God to appear when things seem to be at their worst. It is a God thing. His timing is perfect. He never fails to show up and to intervene when His people pray. For those that place their trust in anything but the Rock, they will soon enough fall. For the body of Christ, the Church was to function as one body, united with one purpose, to love and to show one another patience. Where have we succeeded? Where have we failed?

When we join in prayerful agreement with another the power of that prayer is magnified. One chases one thousand, but, two chases ten thousand! Anytime and place where two agree, Jesus is in the midst! The enemy has to retreat! Think of that potential. We see this promise played out every day. Think of the power potential in a family where the husband and wife prays together! I can just imagine how that family is protected and the enemy is forced to move on carrying their white flags of surrender. Christian families are such a powerful force for change in this world and what a beautiful thing to see as they are living under the banners of Love and flying their Appeal to Heaven flags high. Taking their stand for freedom. Pushing back against tyranny. Giving their statement of Faith that our God reigns. He is our Rock. There is no other. Be united!

On the opposite side, think of how much power we give up when we give in to the other side. Those Rock deniers and Rock haters. Never. Not today. Not when we have so much to lose. Those on the opposite side, He calls senseless and foolish and without understanding. Yes. I see that and I come against that in Jesus name. Fear and discouragement are just spirits that are bitter grapes and snake poison that He equips us to come against. So this day, I continue to fight my battles through prayer and when I am led of the spirit to action. I will follow.
