Enjoy the Day

'And Mary said; I’m bursting with God-news; I’m dancing the song of my Savior God. God took one good look at me, and look what happened— I’m the most fortunate woman on earth! What God has done for me will never be forgotten, the God whose very name is holy, set apart from all others. His mercy flows in wave after wave on those who are in awe before him.

He bared his arm and showed his strength, scattered the bluffing braggarts. He knocked tyrants off their high horses, pulled victims out of the mud.
The starving poor sat down to a banquet; the callous rich were left out in the cold. He embraced his chosen child, Israel; he remembered and piled on the mercies, piled them high. It’s exactly what he promised, beginning with Abraham and right up to now.'
Luke 1:46-55 (MSG)

"So I commend the enjoyment of life, because nothing is better for a man under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad. Then joy will accompany him in his work all the days of the life God has given him under the sun." Ecclesiastes 8:15 NIV

Mary, his mother was the first to call Jesus her Savior God. Her heart was full of praise to the Father as her feet went to dancing at the song that was upon her lips. Sing Mary sing!

Then I see the order of it. From all my days, that includes eating and drinking and work, I should choose to enjoy it. What is better under the sun than this? What comes first? Finding Him through these simple things that I must do and I will find my joy. Joy, it will accompany me through it all. Through it all and that includes even to the end of my days. Those days that God has given me under His sun. I will live them to the fullest. Because I choose to follow God, I am under the grace of His Son! Jesus, Savior God! Sing Debra sing!Related image
