Instead, Justice
'Instead, I want to see a mighty flood of justice,
an endless river of righteous living.' Amos 5:24 (NLT)
Dear Father.
Thank you for Your Word. Thank you for the words of Amos the prophet. With ears let us hear. With eyes let us see. We look up to You for Reason. We fear You Lord.
Release Your Spirit Lord. Lift up a Standard. Let Your mighty rivers of water in the form of righteous living flood this land, and like the waters of a mighty tide flow over the injustices of our day. Bring them down and wash their filthy remains out to sea. Bring forth Your justice and let Your Spirit roll on like a river over the nations. Sweep away all obstacles to Your Truth. Fill our hearts so completely with the revelation of Christ that we can see no other. Bring us back to You. Let us sit at Your feet, teach us, so that we might not neglect Your Wisdom and Your Ways.
Let us seek justice for all who are for You and Your righteousness. Release the flow of justice across the land as refreshing streams of pure water, cleansing away injustice and renewing what has grown old, reviving what has grown tired and restoring what the enemy has taken. This is a new day. This is the season of change. Change our wicked hearts. Bring us back to the knowledge of You. Bring us back to the passion of our youth for Godly things, only You Father and Your Son.
Justice reigns! Roll over the lies of our enemies. Roll over the deception and the manipulation that he brings. Roll over corruption and witchcraft. Forgive us Lord. We are weak, but You, Lord are strong. We have failed You Lord but You will never fail. We live in a fallen world and we need You more and more each day. So we pray. We call out the things that we see and that we know You hate; a proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked imaginations, feet that are swift to run to mischief, a false witness that speak lies, and the one that sows discord among brethren. We pray for justice.
Do you see what I see? Justice reigns! Instead of darkness, Your Light disinfects. Instead of lack and empty shelves, You Provide. Instead of death, Justice! Your Son offers eternal Life for all who seek Him and believe.
Justice reigns! We repent. We are forgiven. You are Love and You have given us Kingdom authority to act on heaven's behalf. Sickness, pain, calamity, strife, financial difficulties, addictions, divorce, child-abuse, and even death we bind those things of hell and in the mighty name of Jesus, release the things of heaven; peace, love, joy, financial security, healing, love, faith, freedom, life, mercy and grace. All for Your Great Name! All for Your Glory!
