Welcome Home

'But as for you (Daniel), go your way until the end [of your life]; for you will rest and rise again for your allotted inheritance at the end of the age.”'Daniel 12:13 (AMP)

Dear Father.
Thank  you for Your Word. And as it is for Daniel, so let it be for us, the believer. For we know that one day we must leave this world and knowing this it is also good to ready oneself for the next. For us, we are told to find comfort in the thoughts of our own happiness in death, in judgment and in eternity. We can be secure in knowing that You will not call us home until You need us there and You are done with us here. Content in our circumstances we shall forever be. Welcoming Your Will and happy at all times resting in You by faith and in the thoughts of the best that is yet to come. We will rest and we will rise again. So we will do as You say, and, 'go your way', until the great day of our own welcome home celebration, when we will hear You say 'Welcome home'! Well done, my good and faithful servant.
In Jesus's name.
Amen.

'“Commending his servant, the master replied, ‘You have done well, and proven yourself to be my loyal and trustworthy servant. Because you have been a faithful steward to manage a small sum, now I will put you in charge of much, much more. You will experience the delight of your master, who will say to you, “Come celebrate with me!”’ Matthew 25:21 (TPT)
