Glorious Tree of Life

'“Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give fruit from the tree of life in the paradise of God.' Revelation 2:7 (NLT)

 It is a battle, and the Spirit tells us how to overcome. We must choose Christ as our Lord and Savior. The battle is real. We must fight the flesh, resist the Devil, refrain from sin, reject the world. And, if we do these things, then we are victorious and will be able to receive the rewards in heaven. Oh to one day see that glorious Tree of Life! Amen.

Dear Father.

Thank you for Your Word. Thank you for Your Spirit that encourages us to overcome. Thank you for Your Son who Saves us from death. Thank you for all that You do to help us overcome the spiritual battles with your Angel Armies and Power. We love you Lord. You help us. You equip us. You make us to be Your strong Christian Soldier overcomers. You teach us each day to be more like You. We overcome each day in You only by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony.

In Jesus' name.

Lessons from the Bible can reassure us of God's love for us and they show us that His ways are good and so much higher than our own. How powerful. In Chapter three, the evil ideas of Haman, to have all the Jews exterminated, had been decreed by the king, and the money set aside in an account for the diabolical deeds and the date was set on the calendar for the bloodshed! That part is so incredible, that one man was given that much power. Just imagine it if you were a Jew. The date for the destruction of your entire race was set and the preparations to follow through with it were being made. Thankfully, our God is greater. Our God is able.
