Break Forth into Singing
'Eternal One: Sing, childless woman, you who have never given birth. Raise a joyful shout, you who have never gone through labor. You, whose husband is dead, will bring forth much more than the fertile one who has a husband.
Enlarge your house. You are going to need a bigger place; don’t underestimate the amount of room that you’ll need. So build, build, build. You will increase in every direction to fill the world.
Your offspring will take over the nations; Your people will revitalize long-abandoned towns.' Isaiah 54:1-3 (VOICE)
I love my husband. God is my spiritual husband and He has blessed us with three amazing children. He has blessed us and He has seen to it that my entire family is musical. We love to sing. We love to sing His praises. Now my children are having their own children. Those grandchildren of ours are being raised in musical homes! Oh how the Lord blesses us when we raise a banner and a shout to Him!
For the childless woman, she is instructed to sing! God loves her. She is the Old Testament church who now has reason to rejoice because she has been reconciled to her husband. Jesus is the true Israel and her husband and she is His bride. Her heart is the garden of God. Through her songs of praise, God is working through her and on her behalf. He will provide. She will bring forth much fruit. Something new is being birthed in her. God, through His Word, is the seed. God will shine His light of favor on her and she will need to prepare now, to be ready for her increase. Through the birth pains of suffering the mystery is about to be revealed. Christ in you the hope of Glory!
She is going to need a bigger place. It is through her song of praise that the Church will increase. It is through His Church that He will bring forth much growth and creativity. He is doing a good thing. He is doing a new thing. His mercies are new every morning. Songs to Him bring forth life. Oh the precious life that is in the Blood. Songs are the universal language that draws us all to Him. Let us sing His praises until every nation is won for Jesus! Bring revival to your people O Lord, so that we might see those long-abandoned towns revitalized and living for Your Glory. Only You, God, have the power to change our hearts and make us new creatures in Christ. Sing. Sing. Sing. Let us break forth into singing. Let us sing out the name of the God of Israel and soon enough we shall call Him the God of the whole earth.
