Pure Silver

' Like someone who heats and purifies silver, he will purify the Levites and make them pure like gold and silver. Then they will bring offerings to the Lord in the right way.' Malachi 3:3 (NCV)


Dear Father
Thank you for Your Word. We see Your Word as a fire from Above. Just as a fire gives off heat, and keeps us warm, it can also burn the one that gets too close, Your Word, when we get into it turns up the heat so that the Holy Spirit can do His most excellent work in us. Use Your Fire, to convict us and show us how we are to be made pure like You. 

Thank you for Your Fire. Be the Silversmith refiner and start with the Church. We are ready to be made pure. Make us uncomfortable for You. Heal us. Just like gold. Just like silver. Burn out all the impurities that keep us from speaking Truth and bringing our offerings to You in the right way. Thank you Lord for loving us so much as to not give up on us.  Forgive us for our sins. We long to worship You in Spirit and in Truth.
