  '“Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?      Tell me, if you know so much.     Who determined its dimensions      and stretched out the surveying line?     What supports its foundations,      and who laid its cornerstone     as the morning stars sang together      and all the angels shouted for joy?' Job 38:4-7 (NLT) Um-hum. Job? For the humbling of man, God often shows him the ignorance he possesses of ones own earth and seas. Same with Job. How could he know it? How could he explain it? No one can possibly know everything about what God is doing in their lives, though we often try to analyze the very thing! Our minds are limited. Useless hours. Mindless pursuits. Amen. How was the earth created? Many have tried, even science puts forth its own version of how it all began, and it all sounds pretty believable up to a point, the very point where they try to explain away God, the part that leaves one guessing and hypothesizing as to the gaps

' If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?”' Esther 4:14 (NLT) So, we can rest assured, that if we fail to give our testimony and service when asked, that God will deliver and relieve his people by some other way. Yet there is that, how shall they believe in him in whom they have not heard, most of us shy away with fear from perilous times and tasks, and bow the knee to the enemy when told to do so, but consider this as well. Oh, if we could just know how much we are worth to the Kingdom and stand to defend His honor! Having coward to save your own life you shall no doubt lose it along with all of your relatives, for we know soon enough that the enemy is never satisfied. Never stop caring for the poor,  the widows and the orphans. Make it a good day. Spread some Joy. Amen and amen. God's generous goodness should make me generous as well. I should give freely, even to those who have not prepared. I could give even to those that can never repay. I give because my strength is in the joy of the Lord. The more of God's Word that gets inside of me the better. The more that I can gain understanding in God's ways the more comfort I will find in Him.   'T hen if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.' 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NLT)   Because of the chronicler, it has been made known to us that after Solomon built the Temple, he dedicated it to the Lord. What an amazing accomplishment. Just imagine how the people felt when the Fire of the Lord came down from heaven and burnt up the offerings and the sacrifices, 22,000  cattle and 120,000 sheep and goats, as the glorious presence of the Lord filled the Temple.   Solomon and the rest of the people of Israel celebrated for seven days. The priests and the Levites sang, 'His faithful love endures forever'! Solomon consecrated the central area of the courtyard in front of the Temple with peace offerings, burnt offerings and grain offerings because the bronze altar could not hold it all.   “Go back and tell Hezekiah, the leader of my people: ‘This is what the Lord , the God of your ancestor David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears, so I will heal you. Three days from now you will go up to the Temple of the Lord .' 2 Kings 20:5 (NCV) So it behooves us to pray whenever we are sick, lest it give the appearance that we do not trust God. For it is true, He cares for us. There is not a cry, not a moan, not a sigh, not a groan, not even a single tear from those who believe that does not open the heart of God and move Him to compassion.  If He does not answer our prayers it is because we ask inappropriately or for things that are not good for us. Hezekiah's prayer of faith was effectual.  He was healed so completely and so quickly from sickness unto death, that he was in the Temple within three days to acknowledge the miracle and God's goodness for sparing his life. Behold, I give you a wise and discerning mind, so that none like you has been before you and none like you shall arise after you.' 1 Kingss 3:11-12 (ESV)  God makes us happy by assuring us that we will have what we need and what we pray for. For Solomon, he had many enemies, he could have asked God to remove them, yet victory in battle was not one of his prayer request. And for Solomon, he did not ask for earthly things or even a long life. God prefers that we pray that way, for the spiritual blessings over the earthly goods. In the end Solomon received wisdom in government, discerning judgment in the natural and the spiritual matters and long life and riches. There has been no one like him before or after regarding w

  ' A person who does not have the Spirit does not accept the truths that come from the Spirit of God. That person thinks they are foolish and cannot understand them, because they can only be judged to be true by the Spirit.' 1 Corinthians 2:14 (NCV) The carnal man, unregenerate and lost to his own ignorance and sensual desires lacks the grace of God. In his own mind, he has no need for God. With wit and reason, he believes in himself and sees the physical things around him but counts the things of God as both foolishness and ridiculous. As the Spirit is ignored and neglected, it become paralyzed and so too the higher order of things, truth and mercy. Thus the natural man cannot know the things of God, and is blind to them as they are spiritually discerned in a spiritual manner by a spiritual light, under the influence of the spirit and by the assistance of the Spirit of God. Man often makes quick inaccurate judgements and opinions of who I am based on my name or my looks or even my height, but rather, You know me more deeply and look at my heart and You judge me based on the things that the Spirit values; faith, fear and love. You are Love. You are always a fair Judge. You do not show favorites but often honor and bless the least among us. Who can know those You have picked and predestined to be priests and kings in Your Kingdom? Only You Lord the Omniscient and Holy One! Who can fear You and live under Your anointing? She was endowed with many gifts and grace, to write songs, to judge, to prophesy, to convince her people of their sins. She was a wife and a courageous leader that directed Barak, an army general, to raise up an army to fight for their country's freedom.  Deborah assisted in battle as she would not send where she was unwilling to go and God intervened and assisted in the battle with a great victory. Singing helps me to feel the thoughts and words that I am singing about. The songs help me to connect my mind, body and spirit. Not just any song though, but I am to sing psalms, hymns and songs inspired by the Spirit! I am to sing the Word! I am to let the Words of Christ richly inhabit my life! With all the wisdom of the ages we are to teach one another. In the past, most people could not read or write, so they told their stories through songs.
