Sounds of Adoration
'“You parents—if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! So
if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how
much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask
him.' Matthew 7:9-11 (NLT)
Father.
We appreciate You. My own parents never cease to amaze me by the
extremely generous gifts that they give, but You, God, are the best gift
giver. Father, we adore You. You give good gifts to those who ask. You
keep us amazed by just how generous You are. Prayer is the way that you
have established for us to obtain what we need. So, pray.
Pray
often, as according to frequencies such as eating and breathing. Pray
seriously, as according to all things that have got your full attention.
Pray big prayers, as according to the size of the need. Pray bold
prayers, as one that would have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Pray earnestly, as one seeking a thing of value such as both wisdom and
wealth. Pray, with everything that you've got as one who's life depends
on it. Pray with adoration.
Pray,
for our God will hear you and prayer requests made according to the
promise will be given to you. Pray right, for the one who asks will
receive. Approach the throne of grace in faith and God will welcome you
in, as a Father welcomes his own child that He favors and He knows us
and gives us the things that we need. Always. Just in time. Father, we
appreciate you. Jesus, we love You. Holy Spirit, we thank You. Amen.
