Mountain of Evidence

'This is a vision that Isaiah son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem: 

 In the last days, the mountain of the Lord’s house
    will be the highest of all—
    the most important place on earth.
It will be raised above the other hills,
    and people from all over the world will stream there to worship. 

 People from many nations will come and say,
“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
    to the house of Jacob’s God.
There he will teach us his ways,
    and we will walk in his paths.”
For the Lord’s teaching will go out from Zion;
    his word will go out from Jerusalem. 

 The Lord will mediate between nations
    and will settle international disputes.
They will hammer their swords into plowshares
    and their spears into pruning hooks.
Nation will no longer fight against nation,
    nor train for war anymore.' Isaiah 2:1-4 (NLT)

There is a mountain of evidence that our God Reigns! Both today and forever. This prophesy in Isaiah will come true and Christ will return to set up His thousand year reign of righteousness on earth for those that follow Him! He will be high and lifted up. Blessed are the gentiles. They will seek Him on that mountain of His to go worship Him. The blessings will be many. He will mediate and settle all disputes. There will be no need for war. We will learn all there is to know from Him. Our tools of the trade will be plow shares and pruning hooks. We need You now. Come Lord Come!

Lessons from the Bible can reassure us of God's love for us and they show us that His ways are good and so much higher than our own. How powerful. In Chapter three, the evil ideas of Haman, to have all the Jews exterminated, had been decreed by the king, and the money set aside in an account for the diabolical deeds and the date was set on the calendar for the bloodshed! That part is so incredible, that one man was given that much power. Just imagine it if you were a Jew. The date for the destruction of your entire race was set and the preparations to follow through with it were being made. Thankfully, our God is greater. Our God is able.
