Kingmaker

The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich,

and he adds no sorrow with it.' Proverbs 10:22 (NLT)

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. What a great time to be alive! So many things that I have been taught and know to be true are being proven over and over again. And then there is this thing called wealth. How the Word describes it as coming from the Lord. How He owns it all. Knowing Him makes me rich. He delights in blessing His people with more and more of it. It is such a privilege to be able to see the joyful expressions on the faces of Your children when You bless them. What an exciting time it is to be alive and to breath in deeply and to be aware of and get to experience all the amazing things that You have planned for us. You are so generous.

It truly is the blessings of the Lord that makes a person rich. For the sower of the seed, the blessings of the Lord come with a lot of hard work in life. With hard work comes success. Work is a blessing, it comes without toil or sorrow when we work for Jesus the field full of souls. Some are planners and others carry the bricks. Both are necessary. There is still much work to be done.

God keeps the grain bins of life full.  An honest days work is fulfilling and rewarding. A job with purpose really is the best thing. To be saved and to see the harvest coming in, it gives me a reason to get out of bed in the morning. I work for the Lord and He blesses both me and my family. He is the reason that I am able to be a blessing to others.

The Word says, 'Work hard and become a leader, be lazy and never succeed'. The Lord is our Good Example. For, the Lord never sleeps. He is always out and about, doing good and building up His Kingdom, brick by brick. He is always in the middle of both the big and the small building projects in life. The Lord is building something new right now. Today is a new day. There is no need for sorrow. Take Joy my friend. Remember to thank Him! The Lord is a King Maker. He makes priests and kings out of us all. Long live the King!

Dear Father. Thank you for Your Generous Spirit and for Your Word which we know to be true. Thank you for blessing us with good jobs, good pay, good family and good friends. Thank you for the seasons in life where we can be sowers of the Seed and for the blessings and increase that flows from it. Keep the increase in Your Kingdom coming. For we know that the kingdoms of this world are often in chaos and we also know that ours is the Kingdom of God that is not of this world. There are none that are righteous Lord but You. As only one sin will keep us out of that Kingdom, there is only One Way to get in. In Jesus Mighty name. The Name above all others. Amen.
